From the Pastor:

The Pastor will conduct a marriage service on November 8th.

A study of the parables will continue in Sabbath School.

Sermon Biblical studies will alternate between the Old and New Testaments on Sabbath.

News from Church Leadership:

The church will hold its annual fall luncheon at U-Like Asian Buffet, 330
S. Wilmot on November 23rd. The cost is estimated to be about $10. Each person is responsible for his/her bill. The restaurant comes highly recommended by Deanna, Martha and Adrianna.
We will assemble at U-Like right after the service.

The Christmas potluck will be held on December 7th at the church right after the service. Please bring your favorite Christmas dish.

The church website continues to be revamped by Josh Glyn, Digital Professors.  New photos will soon be added. The October 12th sermon is now on line. Check it out at: thechurchoftheeverlastinggospel.com and let us know what you think!

Head Elder Stephen Valentine and Deacon Anthony Oddo are enrolled in church-sponsored training at Access Tucson Television. The goal is for the two men to be able to produce church television programs to be shown on channel 20. Church members who are interested in being a part of this project are asked to contact the Pastor for more information.

The church continues to collect canned food for the ICS food bank. There are bags to fill at the church. Please return filled bags by November 9th .

News From Our Church Family:

Dorice Price has recently applied for a position as stewardess for American Airlines. She was sent to Dallas for interviews and is awaiting the outcome. We wish her well and assure her that she will be in our prayers.

Deanna and Jane will serve as a team to develop the newsletter each month. Deanna will be the reporter and Jane will serve as editor.

Annie, canine daughter of Pastor David Green and Jane Stump-Green, won first prize at a Halloween costume contest. She was wearing the gift of her Daddy David, which was a lady bug with red wings. Her prize was a $10 gift certificate. Congratulations, Annie!
